The Phuket dining community has taken note as the restaurant unveiled its first-ever Chef’s Table, launching in April, and reaffirmed its global reputation with the 2025 Global Sustainable Gastronomy Award.

International Recognition and Culinary Innovation

The anniversary event, themed “The Legend in Bloom,” drew dignitaries and diplomats from countries including Chile, Portugal, Ukraine, Maldives, Hungary, and Sri Lanka, alongside executives from the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the Chinese Cultural Center.

Guests experienced signature dishes such as Khao Kham Pla Chon Maela, a reimagined Singburi fish dish, and Sup Liang Thong, a refined golden broth. The menu also featured Ped Mao Rak, a fire-roasted duck, and premium Thai desserts like Luk Chup Cherry Duck Liver and Khanom Sommanat, paired with local spirits such as Phrae rice wine.
