3,000 methamphetamine pills and handgun seized in Pa Khlok arrest
District officers working with Thalang Police Station arrested a man in Pa Khlok and seized methamphetamine, a pistol and ammunition, according to an official report.
District officers working with Thalang Police Station arrested a man in Pa Khlok and seized 3,000 methamphetamine pills, 46.01 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a semi-automatic pistol and one round of .38 Super ammunition, according to a public report of the arrest published on 13 August 2026.
Personnel from the Volunteer Defence Corps, known as OrSor, joined the operation after officers investigated suspected drug activity in the area.
The suspect, who was not named by officials, was charged with possession of Category 1 narcotics — methamphetamine and crystal methamphetamine — with intent to sell. He also faces charges of illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition, illegal use of Category 1 narcotics, and driving under the influence of Category 1 narcotics.
The suspect and the seized items were taken to Thalang Police Station for further legal proceedings. The district office said it would continue measures against drug trafficking under the Interior Ministry’s policy on public safety and order.
