AAG Development launches ultra-luxury Naturale Kamala villa project in Phuket

AAG Development has launched Naturale Kamala, an ultra-luxury pool-villa project on a hillside above Kamala Beach in Phuket’s Millionaire’s Mile, the company said on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

The development is designed around the concept “Your Private World of Wellness. Longevity, Naturally.” It combines modern architecture with tropical surroundings and panoramic views of the Andaman Sea, according to AAG Development.

Naturale Kamala will comprise three villa collections: Villa Andaman, Villa Kamala and Villa Aria. The homes will range from three to nine bedrooms and are designed to accommodate both private relaxation and family gatherings. Indoor and outdoor areas will be connected through swimming pools, pavilions and terraces.

The project’s wellness features include private spas, saunas, steam rooms, gyms, yoga salas and saltwater infinity-edge pools. The company also said the villas would incorporate universal design principles to support accessibility and safety for residents of different ages.

Other specifications highlighted by the developer include antibacterial surfaces, food-grade kitchen counters, German-engineered bathroom systems and premium kitchen appliances. AAG Development said the materials and design were selected with long-term durability and intergenerational use in mind.

Chief executive Viroj Jongsujipan said the project was developed to reflect the location’s setting and provide residents with a combination of privacy, nature and long-term wellbeing. The company said the hillside land had been retained by the family for nearly 30 years.

AAG Development said Phuket’s appeal as a destination for tourism, second homes and long-term residence has been supported by infrastructure investment, healthcare facilities and international schools. It cited the planned second phase of Phuket airport as being designed to accommodate at least 18 million passengers annually, alongside proposed transport projects and new medical facilities.

The company described Millionaire’s Mile, above Kamala Beach, as a luxury residential area with sea views and access to five-star hotels, high-end restaurants, medical services, premium supermarkets and lifestyle facilities.
