AAG Development unveils 14-villa Naturale Kamala project above Phuket’s Kamala Beach
The hillside development will feature three collections of sea-view villas with prices starting at B57 million.
AAG Development has unveiled Naturale Kamala, a 14-villa development on a hillside above Kamala Beach in Phuket’s Millionaire’s Mile, with prices starting at B57 million.
The developer describes the project as an ultra-luxury sea-view development on one of the few remaining hillside plots in the area. The land has been held by the developer’s family for nearly 30 years, according to chief executive Wirote Chongsujipan.
Naturale Kamala will comprise three villa collections — Villa Andaman, Villa Kamala and Villa Aria — ranging from three to nine bedrooms. The residences are designed to connect indoor and outdoor spaces through saltwater pools, salas, terraces, tropical gardens and views of the Andaman Sea.
The project is marketed under the concept “Your Private World of Wellness. Longevity, Naturally.” Its facilities and design features include private spa areas, saunas, steam rooms, gyms, yoga salas and saltwater infinity-edge pools.
AAG said the villas incorporate universal design principles intended to support residents of different ages. It also cited features including antibacterial surfaces, food-grade kitchen countertops, German-engineered bathroom fittings and premium kitchen appliances.
The company said Naturale Kamala is intended to combine privacy, nature and wellness while preserving the character of Millionaire’s Mile, a high-end residential area above Phuket’s west-coast beaches.
