Anchan Villas launches THB 1.4 billion Anchan Emerald project in Phuket

Anchan Villas has introduced Anchan Emerald, its 15th development in Phuket, with an investment value of more than THB 1.4 billion across more than 40,000 square meters in the Pru Champa residential enclave.

According to the project announcement, Anchan Emerald will comprise 46 luxury pool villas. The development is described as part of the company’s Modern Tropical architectural approach, with each residence designed to blend indoor and outdoor living while emphasizing natural light, privacy and landscaped surroundings.

The company said the project draws on more than 19 years of experience in luxury real estate. It said the villas are planned with close attention to architectural design and material selection, with a focus on long-term quality and value.

Anchan Emerald will offer three-bedroom private pool villas. The project will also include a private clubhouse, a fitness center and communal landscaped areas.

The development is located minutes from Layan Beach, UWC International School, Phuket International Airport and Bumrungrad International Hospital Phuket, according to the announcement.

Prices start from THB 30 million. The company also said savings of more than THB 1,000,000 are available for reservations made on or before 31 August 2026.
