ASW plans B2.5bn in Phuket leisure-residence launches for high season

ASW plans to launch two Phuket condominium projects worth a combined B2.5 billion during the high season, as the property developer targets demand from Thai and overseas buyers.

The projects are The Fizz Kata, a B1.1 billion development described by ASW as its second condominium project at Kata Beach, and The Quartz Karon, a B1.4 billion luxury condominium that marks the company’s first move into Karon. Both are being developed under Rom Pho Property, an ASW group company, according to the company.

ASW said on Monday, 5 October, that it recorded more than B15.2 billion in sales during the first nine months of 2026, equivalent to 83% of its full-year target of B18.5 billion. The company said it plans to launch three new projects in the near term, including the Phuket developments and Kave Bloom Kaset, a B1.5 billion campus condominium near Kasetsart University.

ASW linked its Phuket plans to the island’s tourism outlook, noting that four new direct flight routes from Europe, the Middle East and eastern Europe are due to begin from October. Citing data from the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s Phuket office, the company said Russian, Chinese, Indian and European visitors led foreign arrivals during the first eight months of the year.

The company said these groups had strong potential demand for second homes and long-stay accommodation, which it expects to support the leisure-residence market. ASW chief executive Kromchet Wiphanphong said the company was preparing completed units and new launches in Phuket to serve demand during the final quarter and high season.
