Christie’s International Real Estate Thailand opens second office in Phuket
The office in Choeng Thale-Bang Tao is the company’s second in Thailand and will connect Phuket luxury properties with Christie’s global network.
Christie’s International Real Estate Thailand has officially opened a second office in Phuket, expanding its presence in Thailand’s luxury property market in 2026.
The office is located in the Choeng Thale-Bang Tao area and will serve Phuket’s premium residential market. The company said it will connect luxury villas, branded residences and beachfront holiday homes with Christie’s global network of high-net-worth buyers, premium clients and property professionals across 59 countries.
The opening follows the launch of the company’s first Thai office in Bangkok in January 2025. Christie’s International Real Estate Thailand is the sole representative of Christie’s International Real Estate in Thailand.
An exclusive launch event was held at RAVA Beach Club and attended by property developers, business partners, property owners, investors, industry leaders and other guests from Thailand’s luxury real estate sector.
Chinnatat Sirichanachai, the company’s head of management, said Phuket was a key driver of Thailand’s growth in the global luxury property market. He said the new office would allow the company to work more closely with buyers, sellers, property owners and developers while providing personalised services.
The Phuket expansion forms part of Christie’s International Real Estate Thailand’s long-term plan to become a leading luxury property adviser and agency in Thailand, the company said. The Christie’s brand has more than 250 years of history.
