EPD launches ultra-luxury Waterfall Villa project at Kamala Beach in Phuket
Element Property Development has launched Waterfall Villa, an ultra-luxury residential project at Kamala Beach in Phuket, as its first formal move into Thailand's high-end property market.
Element Property Development, or EPD, has formally entered Thailand's ultra-luxury property market with the launch of Waterfall Villa, a new project at Kamala Beach in Phuket.
The company said the development is positioned on a high-potential site in Kamala and is built around the concept “One Monument of Infinite Sensation,” aiming to deliver high-end residential living with panoramic views of the Andaman Sea and surrounding mountains.
According to the company, the move reflects its view that Thailand's ultra-luxury property segment continues to grow, with demand from both Thai and foreign buyers and investors. EPD said it selected Phuket because it sees the island as one of Asia's leading luxury destinations, combining privacy, convenience, seaside lifestyle and long-term value appreciation potential.
EPD said the project draws on the capabilities of companies within its group, covering architectural design, construction and interior work, to develop the project in a unified direction. Waterfall Villa brings together three core companies under the EPD group for architecture, construction and interior furnishing.
Architectural design was handled by ARC Design and Consultant, which described the project concept as a “Modern-Day Castle.” The design combines natural elements with contemporary architecture, using open spaces, connections between indoor and outdoor areas, and travertine stone as a main material to create what the company described as a refined and timeless identity.
Construction is being carried out by Element Construction and Development, with an emphasis on structure, layout and functionality. EPD said the design is intended to maximize sea and nature views from every floor.
Built-in furniture for the project is being designed and produced by Euro Design Furniture.
Waterfall Villa is a four-storey building with more than 3,820 square metres of total usable space. That includes more than 2,480 square metres of indoor living area and more than 1,340 square metres of outdoor lifestyle space connected to the surrounding natural environment. The project includes three penthouses, three bedrooms, entertainment space, a wine cellar, a commercial kitchen and other leisure areas designed for both private living and exclusive gatherings.
EPD said Waterfall Villa marks the starting point of its longer-term plan to develop distinctive luxury real estate projects to international standards. The company said it plans future expansion in other high-potential locations in Thailand, including Bangkok, Pattaya, Khao Yai and Phuket, targeting high-net-worth buyers from around the world.
