PEYLAA Phuket sales top 600 million baht in first 3 months

Capstone Asset said on May 19 that sales at PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences exceeded 600 million baht within three months of opening its show units, underscoring demand for upper-end housing in Phuket. Chief executive Thitiwat Khuvijitsuwan said the response reflects a shift in buyer priorities toward branded living, character and long-term lifestyle value rather than location or investment returns alone.

Bangtao project targets long-term branded living

PEYLAA Phuket is being developed in Bangtao and is positioned around what the company calls real long-term living rather than a standard holiday condominium model.

The project uses the Autograph Collection brand under Marriott International, which Capstone said is designed to emphasize the identity of each destination instead of a uniform luxury format.

Units are low-density, fully furnished residences ranging from 45 to 129 square meters. Capstone said owners can move in immediately with furniture, appliances and household essentials already in place.

Facilities and Marriott network shape buyer appeal

The development includes three large swimming pools with different concepts, a full fitness center, yoga studio, ice bath, sauna, kids club, outdoor playground and landscaped green space.

Residents will also have direct access to the connected Autograph Collection hotel in front of the project, including its restaurants, cafes, leisure areas and hospitality services.

Capstone said buyer interest has also been supported by Marriott International’s management ecosystem and the Marriott Bonvoy membership network of more than 240 million members worldwide.

The company linked that demand to broader momentum in Phuket’s branded-residence market, which C9 Hotelworks has identified as the largest in Thailand and one of the fastest-growing in Asia.
