Phuket luxury condo sales rate rises 11% as villa demand jumps
Luxury condominium sales in Phuket rose 11% in the first half of 2026, while demand for luxury villas increased by more than 50%, according to CBRE Thailand.
Phuket’s luxury condominium market recorded an 11% rise in its average sales rate in the first half of 2026, while demand for luxury villas increased by more than 50%, according to CBRE Thailand.
Atitaya Kasemlawat, head of residential project sales at CBRE Thailand, said Phuket was being developed as a global real-estate destination, attracting owner-occupiers, investors and high-net-worth buyers from around the world.
Luxury condominiums priced at B8 million or more are concentrated along the island’s central west coast, particularly around Layan, Surin and Bang Tao beaches. The average sales rate during the first half of 2026 reached a new high, Atitaya said.
The luxury villa market was supported by buyers seeking long-term investment assets, she said. Phuket was among Thailand’s tourist destinations drawing increased interest in luxury property alongside Pattaya, where condominium demand and new supply have also expanded.
