Phuket teenager advances to America’s Got Talent 2026 final after Golden Buzzer

Sixteen-year-old Phuket performer Nene Royal has advanced directly to the final of America’s Got Talent 2026 after receiving a Golden Buzzer from judge Mel B, according to a report published on 26 August 2026.

Royal, whose name is given as Praew-Rattikarn Amlory, impressed the judges by singing and playing guitar on “Black Hole Sun”. The Golden Buzzer allowed her to bypass the vote in that round and proceed to the final.

Phuket Governor Chotinarin Kerdsom praised Royal’s ability, determination and courage in competing on an international stage. He congratulated her and her family, and encouraged her to continue pursuing her dreams and inspiring young people in Thailand.

Kerdsom said the achievement had brought pride to Royal’s family and Phuket while raising Thailand’s profile internationally.
