PRI expands property services business into Phuket with The Origin Kathu-Patong management contract
Primo Service Solutions said it is entering Phuket with management of The Origin Kathu-Patong, as it expands its integrated property services business into the island's growing real estate market.
Primo Service Solutions Pcl, or PRI, said it is expanding its Property & Living Services Ecosystem business into Phuket, beginning with the management of The Origin Kathu-Patong project.
The company said the move marks its entry into southern Thailand and reflects its strategy to grow in Phuket as a major economic center and global tourism and investment destination. PRI said the expansion is aimed at serving growth in the property market, including rising demand from Thai and foreign buyers and increasing need for integrated property management services.
Chief Executive Supin Meechucheep said Phuket is emerging as one of the region's real estate and tourism investment hubs, driven by growth in the premium housing market, a rise in foreign buyers and stronger demand for income-producing assets. She said those trends are increasing demand for professional property management and care services.
PRI said its Phuket expansion is intended to bring its full property services model into one of Thailand's highest-potential real estate markets, covering support before move-in, during occupancy and through asset management and investment return generation.
Under the plan, PRI has assigned its affiliate Crown Residence Co Ltd to manage The Origin Kathu-Patong. The company said Crown Residence specializes in luxury-level property management and will apply professional juristic management standards, building engineering systems, common area management, security oversight and digital technology to improve residents' living experience and preserve long-term project value.
Chanida Meemoolthong, deputy managing director for Living Services at PRI, said the company's strength is linking services within a single ecosystem, allowing it to serve customers from purchase and move-in to leasing, asset management and after-sales support.
PRI said the Phuket expansion also forms part of its strategy to raise recurring income, broaden its customer base beyond existing groups and extend operations into major economic and tourism cities in Thailand.
The company said it has more than 15 years of experience in integrated real estate-related services and operates across three main segments: pre-living services, living services and living and earning services.
