Radisson Resort Layan Phuket opens on northwest coast

Radisson Resort Layan Phuket has opened on Phuket’s northwest coast, offering 300 rooms between Layan Beach and the protected landscapes of Sirinat National Park.

The resort is positioned as a secluded coastal destination while remaining within convenient reach of several attractions. Laguna Phuket, Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket, championship golf courses and beach clubs are all within a 15-minute drive, according to the resort. Phuket International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

Designed around contemporary tropical living, the property features open spaces, lush landscaping and connections between indoor and outdoor areas. Its guestrooms and suites include family suites and two-bedroom suites intended for longer stays. Some rooms have private balconies.

Dining is available at three venues. The Taste Restaurant serves Southeast Asian cuisine in an all-day dining setting. Mangrove Bar & Restaurant offers seafood, grilled dishes and handcrafted cocktails, while Aroonsawat Café serves coffee and tea, including Starbucks beverages, as well as pastries, sandwiches and grab-and-go items.

Facilities include the Malai Spa, which offers signature massages, aromatherapy and other treatments inspired by traditional Thai wellness. The resort also has a 24-hour fitness centre with yoga facilities and cardio and strength-training equipment.

Three outdoor swimming pools are set among tropical gardens, and the property has four meeting rooms.
