Raimon Land, Ennismore sign SLS Residences Phuket Kamala project

Raimon Land and Ennismore signed an agreement on May 11 to launch SLS Residences Phuket Kamala, an ultra-luxury branded residential project on Phuket’s Millionaire’s Mile. The development marks the SLS brand’s entry into the island’s high-end property market and is scheduled to welcome residents in 2029.

13 villas planned along Kamala coastline

The project is set on Kamala’s coastline, an area described by the companies as known for elevation, privacy and Andaman Sea views.

Plans call for 13 branded villas, each typically offering 2,200 square metres of indoor and outdoor space. Prices start at US$6.9 million, or about B223.4 million.

Clubhouse, dining and wellness facilities included

A signature clubhouse is planned as the central shared facility, with lounge areas, a restaurant and a terrace bar.

The development will also include a resort-style pool, spa and fitness space. The companies said the scheme is designed as a standalone residential offering under the SLS brand and expands Ennismore’s branded residential presence in Thailand.

Raimon Land Chairman Korn Narongdej said the partnership would extend the company’s branded residential portfolio, while Ennismore APAC chief operating officer Sylvain Pasdeloup said the project would bring the group’s lifestyle-led residential model to Thailand’s resort market.
