Rawai’s 372-unit Next Point development scheduled for Q4 2028
The four-building project will include a Radisson serviced-apartment block, four pools and more than 4,200 square metres of facilities.
A 372-unit residential development in Rawai, southern Phuket, is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028, according to project details published by The Thaiger.
Next Point Condominium & Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket is being developed by South Point Group on a site of approximately 5 rai, or about 8,000 square metres. More than 4,200 square metres of the project will be dedicated to facilities across four buildings.
One of the buildings will operate as Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket, with 118 keys under Radisson Hotel Group management. The other three buildings will be conventional condominiums.
The development is planned to include four swimming pools, including a rooftop infinity pool of up to 50 metres and a salt-water pool. Other facilities include a rooftop bar, open-air cinema, spa facilities with a hammam and massage rooms, and a 200-square-metre gym.
The project will also have a co-working space, atrium courtyard, restaurants, cafés, shops and retail space. A children’s club with video monitoring is planned, while the development is approximately 1 to 2 kilometres from international schools, according to the project information.
The X-shaped layout is designed to give 90% of apartments a view of the sea, greenery or the Big Buddha. Andaman Sea views are expected from the third floor upwards.
Planned infrastructure includes underground parking for 140 cars and 80 motorbikes, electric-vehicle charging and smart-home systems in the apartments. The project information also states that European engineering and Italian furniture by Guzzini e Fontana will be used.
Unit sizes are listed as ranging from 35 to 51 square metres for studios, 50.4 to 70.5 square metres for one-bedroom units, 70 to 104.6 square metres for two-bedroom units, 48.7 to 114.2 square metres for corner units and 55 to 195.4 square metres for penthouses.
The Radisson building will be leasehold only, while the other three condominium buildings will offer freehold and leasehold options. Foreign buyers may hold freehold units in those buildings within Thailand’s standard foreign ownership quota.
Prices listed at the time of publication started at B4.2 million in buildings 1 to 3 and B5.75 million in the Radisson building.
The development is about 3 kilometres from Rawai Beach and Big Buddha, Wat Chalong, Promthep Cape and Chalong Pier. Nai Harn Beach is approximately 4 kilometres away, or about a seven-minute drive, according to the project details.
