RML, Ennismore launch SLS Residences Phuket Kamala from B220 million

Raimon Land, or RML, said Monday it has partnered with Ennismore to develop SLS Residences Phuket Kamala, an ultra-luxury branded residence project on Kamala’s Millionaires Mile in Phuket. The development is scheduled for completion in 2029, with prices starting at $6.9 million, or more than B220 million, according to the company.

The project will comprise 13 ultra-luxury villas with combined indoor and outdoor living space of up to 2,200 square meters. RML Chairman and Executive Committee Chairman Korn Narongdej said the scheme will be a standalone residential project.

Villas, clubhouse and wellness facilities planned

The site runs along the Kamala beachfront coast and is being positioned around privacy and panoramic Andaman Sea views. Company information said the design is intended to integrate architecture with the surrounding natural landscape.

Planned amenities include a signature clubhouse, a lounge, dining venues and a terrace bar. The development will also include a resort-style swimming pool, spa and fitness facilities.

Accor-backed partnership expands branded residence push

Ennismore is a joint venture with hotel group Accor and manages lifestyle brands including SLS, Delano, Mondrian, Hyde, SO/ and Mama Shelter. Accor’s wider portfolio includes Raffles, Sofitel, Banyan Tree and MGallery.

The project is supported by Accor One Living, which covers development, design and management services for mixed-use and branded residential schemes. Residents will receive Accor Ownership Benefits, including VIP status, Elite membership in the ALL Accor program and discounts across more than 45 Accor and Ennismore brands at more than 5,700 hotels and resorts worldwide.

Ennismore’s existing branded residence portfolio includes SLS Madrid Infantas Residences, Mondrian Gold Coast Australia and SLS Residences at Palm Jumeirah.
