RML, Ennismore launch SLS Residences Phuket Kamala project — confirmed details at this stage for Phuket readers.
Raimon Land Plc, or RML, said on May 11 it has partnered with Ennismore to launch SLS Residences Phuket Kamala, an ultra-luxury branded residence project on Kamala’s Millionaire’s Mile in Phuket. The development is scheduled for completion in 2029 and will target the high-end residential market with just 13 villas.
Each villa will offer up to 2,200 square meters of combined indoor and outdoor living space, with prices starting at US$6.9 million, or about B220 million. RML said the standalone project is designed to blend architecture with the surrounding landscape and panoramic Andaman Sea views.
Clubhouse, brand network and owner benefits
The project’s main shared facility will be a signature clubhouse with a residents’ lounge, restaurant and terrace bar. Plans also include a resort-style swimming pool, spa and fitness facilities.
Ennismore is a joint venture with Accor and manages lifestyle brands including SLS, Delano, Mondrian, Hyde, SO/ and Mama Shelter. Accor’s hotel portfolio includes Raffles, Sofitel, Banyan Tree and MGallery.
The project is backed by Accor One Living, which provides development, design and management services for branded residences and mixed-use schemes. Owners will receive Accor Ownership Benefits, including VIP status, Elite membership in ALL Accor and special discounts across more than 45 Accor and Ennismore brands at more than 5,700 hotels and resorts worldwide.
