Video shows taunting and hostile gestures
Eyewitness footage captured several foreigners surrounding the taxi and taunting the driver. The men were seen making clenched-fist gestures during the confrontation.
As the group left the scene on their motorcycles, one rider was filmed making an obscene gesture toward onlookers.
