โค้งสุดท้าย Thailand Biennale Phuket 2025

Thailand Biennale, Phuket 2025 is entering its final phase, with the international contemporary art festival set to close on April 30, 2026. Over the past months, the event has transformed Phuket from a tourist destination into a platform for art, critical inquiry, and shared learning under the theme “Eternal [Kalpa].” The festival spans 20 key locations across the island, including the Old Town, Saphan Hin, Kathu, and Promthep Cape.

Three Curated Routes Offer Distinct Art Experiences

Organisers have mapped three thematic routes to guide visitors through different facets of the festival.

The Heritage & City Vibes route features site-specific works embedded in Phuket’s Old Town, with highlights at the Phuket Contemporary Art Gallery, Pearl Cinema, and Jui Tui Shrine. Notable artists include Melati Suryodarmo and Ryūe Nishizawa.

Beyond the City, where Art Meets Nature brings art into local communities and natural landscapes, with installations at sites such as Katu Shrine, Mello Pillow Hotel, and Promthep Cape. Featured artists include Andrew Thomas Huang and Nolan Oswald Dennis.

Heritage Reimagined invites exploration of reinterpreted historical sites, including Saphan Hin Park and Khao Rang Viewpoint, with works by Ryuichi Sakamoto and Ibrahim Mahama. Many installations are designed for their specific locations, making the remaining days a unique opportunity for direct engagement.
