Raimon Land, Ennismore sign deal for SLS Residences Phuket Kamala
Raimon Land and Ennismore have signed an agreement to develop SLS Residences Phuket Kamala, a 13-villa ultra-luxury branded residential project on Phuket’s Millionaire’s Mile that is expected to open in 2029.
Raimon Land Public Company Limited and Ennismore have signed an agreement to launch SLS Residences Phuket Kamala, an ultra-luxury standalone branded residential project on Phuket’s Millionaire’s Mile.
The companies said the project is expected to welcome residents in 2029 and will be built along Kamala’s coastline. It is planned to include 13 branded villas, each typically offering 2,200 square metres of indoor and outdoor space, with prices starting from US$6.9 million, or about 223.4 million baht.
According to the announcement, the development will also include a clubhouse with lounge areas, food and beverage outlets, a restaurant and terrace bar, as well as a resort-style pool, spa and fitness facilities.
Raimon Land said the project expands its branded residential portfolio, while Ennismore said the development will bring its SLS lifestyle-led residential brand to Phuket. The property will be supported by Accor One Living, which the companies said will provide development, design and operational support for the branded residential community.
Owners are also expected to receive access to the Accor Ownership Benefits Program, including VIP recognition and Elite memberships in the ALL Accor loyalty programme, with access to rates across Accor and Ennismore hotels and resorts worldwide.
In the announcement, Raimon Land executive committee chairman and director Korn Narongdej said Phuket remains one of the world’s most desirable destinations and that the partnership would add a distinctive new offering to the market. Sylvain Pasdeloup, Ennismore’s chief operating officer for Asia-Pacific, said the company was pleased to collaborate on the project and aimed to bring its lifestyle-driven approach to one of the region’s key resort destinations.
The companies said the project reflects continued growth in Phuket’s luxury real estate market and demand for branded residences among high-net-worth buyers and international investors.
