Anchan Villas introduces 46-villa luxury development in Phuket
Anchan Emerald, the 15th development by Anchan Villas, is planned for the Pru Champa residential enclave with an investment value of more than B1.4 billion.
Anchan Villas has introduced Anchan Emerald, a luxury development of 46 private pool villas in Phuket’s Pru Champa residential enclave, according to promotional material released on 23 July 2026.
The project represents an investment value of more than B1.4 billion across over 40,000 square metres, making it the company’s 15th development. The villas are designed in Anchan’s Modern Tropical style, combining indoor and outdoor living with an emphasis on natural light, privacy and landscaped surroundings.
The development will offer three-bedroom villas, along with a private clubhouse, fitness centre and landscaped communal areas. Anchan Villas says the site is minutes from Layan Beach, UWC International School, Phuket International Airport and Bumrungrad International Hospital Phuket.
Prices start at B30 million. The company is also advertising savings of more than B1,000,000 for reservations made by 31 August 2026.
