Banyan Group to showcase six Phuket residential developments in Hong Kong
Banyan Group Residences will present six Phuket developments in Hong Kong on 7–8 November 2026, following a reported 38% rise in first-half sales.
Banyan Group Residences will present six developments from its Phuket residential portfolio at a two-day property showcase in Hong Kong on 7 and 8 November 2026.
The exhibition will be held in the Alexandra Room at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong from 11am to 6pm on both days. The group said the event is aimed at buyers whose interest in Phuket is shifting from holiday homes towards permanent residences and long-term living.
Banyan Group Residences reported a 38% year-on-year increase in sales during the first half of 2026, describing it as a record result for the period.
“Hong Kong buyers know Phuket well, and what we are seeing now is a shift in how they think about it – not only as a holiday destination, but as a place to live,” Stuart Reading, managing director of Banyan Group Residences, said. “More people are choosing to make Phuket home, and that is what makes it a sound long-term investment.”
The developments being presented are located in and around Laguna Phuket and Bang Tao Beach. They include Oceanus, a 16-residence beachfront development with private pools and homes of up to 768 square metres; Varuna, which comprises eight four-bedroom beachfront townhouses with private lifts, landscaped garden terraces and rooftop infinity pools; and Angsana Golf Residences Topaz, a collection of two- and three-bedroom homes and penthouses overlooking Laguna Golf Phuket.
The portfolio also includes Bellaguna Golf Residences, with one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums and larger penthouses overlooking the golf course, and Bellaguna Lake Residences, which offers one- to three-bedroom condominiums and two- to three-bedroom penthouses beside the lagoon. Selected properties at both Bellaguna developments have private rooftop swimming pools.
The sixth development comprises six three-bedroom duplex homes between Laguna Phuket’s lagoons and Bang Tao Beach. The residences have private swimming pools and dedicated home gyms, according to the company.
Banyan Group Residences said Laguna Phuket has residents from more than 70 nationalities. It also said overseas buyers account for more than 60% of condominium purchases across Phuket, with many buying homes for personal use rather than solely as investments.
The group plans to introduce new luxury residential developments in Phuket worth up to US$1 billion over the next two to three years. It said Banyan Group Residences was recognised by Savills in 2025–26 as Asia’s leading branded-residences developer and the fifth worldwide.
Owners of the featured properties receive Sanctuary Club membership, which provides privileges at Banyan Group hotels and resorts, as well as access to RAVA Beach Club and Laguna Golf Phuket. Buyers also receive one year of complimentary property management services.
Owners can additionally choose Banyan Living, the group’s hospitality-focused rental and property management platform, for support with property management and rental operations.
