Sansiri unveils first Phuket luxury pool-villa collection
Sansiri has launched two luxury pool-villa projects in Phuket worth a combined B1.4 billion, with starting prices of B45 million and B49.5 million.
Sansiri has launched its first luxury pool-villa collection in Phuket, comprising two projects in the Bang Jo and Pasak areas of Cherngtalay with a combined stated value of B1.4 billion.
The collection, called The Tales, is limited to 27 families. Sansiri said the projects are designed as ready-to-move-in private villas and are intended to meet demand in Phuket’s high-end property market.
The Tales Story One Bangjo has a stated project value of B650 million and starts at B45 million per villa. The 13-family development covers 7 rai and was designed by a team working with Edward Tuttle through Design Realization Siam. The company said the project follows a tropical modern design focused on simplicity, privacy and integration with the surrounding environment.
The Tales Story Two Pasak is a two-storey development in a contemporary coastal style. Prices start at B49.5 million. Further project details were not provided in the announcement.
Sansiri said it selected the Cherngtalay-Bang Jo-Pasak corridor because of its access to lifestyle and education facilities, including Porto de Phuket, Boat Avenue, HeadStart International School and Kajonkiet International School. The company said its previous developments in Cherngtalay, including Canvas Cherngtalay, Canvas Palaet Cherngtalay and The Base Cherngtalay, had given it experience in the area.
The developer cited Savills Thailand data showing that 763 new pool-villa units were launched across 52 Phuket projects in the first half of 2026. It said the full-year supply was expected to reach about 1,200 units, while demand for properties in prime locations and the niche luxury segment remained strong despite broader economic caution.
Sansiri also cited CBRE Thailand and its own market research for rental figures in the area. Three-bedroom villas were reported to achieve long-term rents of B250,000-B300,000 per month and more than B500,000 per month during high season. Four-bedroom villas were reported to reach B350,000-B500,000 per month, rising above B600,000 during high season, with average annual occupancy of 70 per cent.
The company said its Phuket portfolio is targeted to reach B80 billion by 2030. It is also introducing Sansiri Service Phuket, covering living services, lifestyle support, LIV-24 and leasing, building on what it described as more than 15 years of experience on the island.
Sansiri said Phuket’s direct flights to 71 cities in 35 countries, infrastructure projects and growing international-school sector were supporting its development outlook. It cited a 51 per cent increase in international schools over three years, with 19 institutions serving students from more than 50 nationalities.
