CG Capital launches 258-unit PURITA Phuket Bang Tao project

CG Capital has launched PURITA Phuket Bang Tao, a 258-unit residential development in Bang Tao, Cherngtalay, with prices starting at B7.29 million and a villa planned for launch in January 2027 expected to cost at least B100 million.

The project is being developed on more than 10 rai and comprises four six-storey residential buildings and one villa. CG Capital said it is targeting sales of more than 30% during the VIP sales event on 29 November 2026 at Bangkok's Park Hyatt hotel.

The development is the first project under CG Capital's PURITA brand. The company said it is positioning the scheme in the premium segment for residents, second-home buyers and investors, amid longer-term demand from foreign residents, international-school families and remote workers in Phuket.

CG Capital said the project is designed as a low-density development, with 258 units, or about 25 units per rai, and more than three rai of communal gardens. Facilities include a 50-metre swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness centre. Each unit will have a three-metre ceiling, full-height glazing and furniture included, the company said.

PURITA is part of a broader lifestyle community being developed by CG Capital in Bang Tao. The company previously launched The Standard Residences, Phuket Bang Tao, and said two international hotels planned for the area would add more than 550 rooms.

CG Capital founder and executive director Phum Jirathiwat said the company had held land of more than 40 rai in Bang Tao and Cherngtalay and viewed the area as shifting beyond a tourism destination towards a global residential and relocation hub.

Plus Property said Bang Tao has attracted long-term residents and property investors, with rental rates of B1,000-B1,500 per square metre per month, which it described as the highest in Phuket. The source also cited estimated rental yields of 8-12% a year for Phuket's rental market.
