Phuket Pride Festival 2026 will take place in Patong from June 1 to 7 as a weeklong celebration of equality, diversity and acceptance, according to a Thai government press release.
Held under the theme “From Visibility to Equality,” the festival is being promoted to Thai and international visitors. Described in the release as Phuket’s largest transgender beauty pageant, the event will crown the 11th “Rainbow Pearl of the Andaman,” who will serve as an ambassador for the Phuket Pride Festival.
The festival is set to conclude on June 7 with the Phuket Pride Parade. Participants will march from Prachanukhro Road along Thaweewong Road before gathering at Patong Beach.
