Rawai development with Radisson serviced apartments targets Q4 2028 completion
Next Point Condominium & Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket will include 372 apartments across four buildings, with prices starting at B4.2 million.
A four-building residential development in Rawai, southern Phuket, is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028, according to its developer, South Point Group.
Next Point Condominium & Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket will contain 372 apartments, including 118 serviced-apartment units in a building operating as Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket. Sales are open, with prices starting at B4.2 million in three of the buildings and B5.75 million in the Radisson building.
The project is arranged in an X-shaped layout. South Point Group says about 90% of the apartments will have views of the sea, surrounding greenery or the Big Buddha, with views of the Andaman Sea opening from the third floor.
Facilities are planned to include four swimming pools, including a rooftop infinity pool measuring up to 50 metres long and a pool with saltwater treatment. Other amenities include a rooftop bar, open-air cinema, spa with hammam, 200-square-metre gym, 113-square-metre co-working lounge, restaurants, shops and a children’s club with a video-nanny service.
A 214-square-metre planted atrium courtyard with living green walls will sit at the centre of the development. Underground parking is planned for 140 cars and 80 motorbikes, with electric-vehicle charging facilities.
Apartments will range from 35-square-metre studios to 195-square-metre penthouses. The developer says units will be furnished and fitted with smart-home controls, European engineering and Italian furniture.
The Radisson building will be operated under Radisson Hotel Group standards. South Point Group chief executive Konstantin Lizavenko said the hotel group’s “global expertise and proven operating platform” had strengthened the project’s position in the market.
Foreign buyers can purchase freehold units in buildings 1 to 3, while the Radisson building will be leasehold. For eligible studios and one-bedroom units in buildings 1 to 3, the developer offers a contractual rental return of 6% a year for the first three years, alongside a rental pool that pays owners 80% of rental income. The figures apply to the developer’s contractual programme and are not a guarantee of future market performance.
The development is about 3 kilometres from Rawai beach and a seven-minute drive from Nai Harn. The project information places international schools within 1 to 2 kilometres. South Point Group says the building permit was issued in October 2025 and the Environmental Impact Assessment has been approved.
