Sansiri announces two Phuket condominium projects worth B3 billion
Sansiri plans to launch The Base Midtown-Phuket and Canvas Palette Cherngtalay, with 642 units between them and projected rental yields of up to 11% a year.
Sansiri plans to launch two new condominium projects in Phuket with a combined value of B3 billion, according to a report published by Prachachat on 9 September 2026.
The projects are The Base Midtown-Phuket, valued at B1.1 billion, and Canvas Palette Cherngtalay, a B1.9 billion development being created through a joint venture with Four P Holding.
The Base Midtown-Phuket
The eighth Phuket project under Sansiri’s The Base brand will comprise 394 units. Its design combines elements associated with Phuket’s old town, including arched walkways, local colour schemes and tile patterns, with contemporary architecture.
The development will offer one-bedroom units ranging from 26.75 to 48.50 square metres, two-bedroom units of 57.75 to 58.50 sq m, and selected pool-access and garden-access units. Prices start at B2.79 million.
The project is aimed at local residents, office workers, medical personnel and investors. Prachachat reported projected rental yields of 9–11% a year, with the presale scheduled for 24 September 2026.
Wellness-focused condominium in Cherngtalay
Canvas Palette Cherngtalay will be a two-building, low-rise condominium with 248 fully furnished units. Homes will include one-bedroom units measuring 42.50–45.50 sq m, two-bedroom units of 61.50–64.00 sq m and duplexes ranging from 84.75 to 103.50 sq m. Selected units will have pool access, while two-bedroom units start at B8.99 million.
The project is being developed with VitalLife Wellness Centre, part of Bumrungrad International Hospital, to provide a wellness-focused residential concept for Thai and international buyers, the report said.
Facilities are planned to include an outdoor onsen and jacuzzi, sauna and cold-water showers, massage chairs, a yoga area, fitness facilities and co-working space. The development will also include Sansiri Pet Yard, an organic Sansiri Backyard garden, electric-vehicle charging points and 24-hour LIV-24 security. Parking will cover 50% of the units.
The report said the Cherngtalay project is expected to appeal to long-stay residents and high-end tourists, with projected rental yields of 8–11% a year.
