A sea turtle was rescued after strong waves and currents washed it ashore at Kamala Beach in Phuket’s Kathu district on 18 September 2026.
The Kamala Beach lifeguard team found the turtle stranded on the beach after it was swept ashore by rough seas. Lifeguards examined the animal and rescued it.
