Silhouette by The Zero Phuket holds groundbreaking ceremony in Nai Yang

Silhouette by The Zero Phuket has held a groundbreaking ceremony for its residential development in Nai Yang, marking the start of construction on the project.

The company said the development has been designed as an EIA-approved, low-density residential community that combines contemporary architecture with a curated lifestyle environment. It is located next to protected natural land in Nai Yang, which the developer described as an emerging residential area in Phuket.

According to the project details, Silhouette will include resort-style amenities such as a golf simulator, padel courts and pickleball courts. The development also incorporates sustainability features including solar panels, heat-resistant windows and walls, filtered water systems and single-use plastic-free living.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by company representatives, project partners, clients and members of the local real estate community, reflecting support for the project since its launch, the company said.

The company said construction works are now underway and that regular progress updates will be shared in the coming months.

The Zero Phuket said the project offers projected returns of about 11% ROI and potential capital growth of up to 35%, citing growing demand in Nai Yang and limited land supply due to surrounding protected nature areas.
