Thailand’s government says the National Thai Massage and Wellness Fair generated B75.4 million in business activity during its three-day run from 20 to 22 August 2026, ahead of the Global Wellness Summit 2026 in Phuket.

More than 100 businesses took part in the fair, which attracted members of the public, entrepreneurs, investors and health experts from Thailand and overseas, according to a deputy spokeswoman for the Prime Minister’s Office.

The government said the reported business activity demonstrated the growth potential of Thailand’s health and wellness sector and the ability of Thai traditional knowledge to reach international markets.

Thailand is scheduled to host the Global Wellness Summit 2026 in Phuket from 10 to 13 November 2026. The deputy spokeswoman said the event would reinforce the country’s position as a leading wellness destination and support efforts to attract international investment in the sector.
