Thanachart Insurance offers support services during Phuket Vegetarian Festival

Thanachart Insurance has arranged support services for residents and visitors attending Phuket’s Vegetarian Festival, including assistance along procession routes and free vehicle inspections.

Under its “Tua Teng Phrom Chuai” campaign, the insurer said staff are distributing drinking water, providing basic first aid, helping attendees with umbrellas and collecting rubbish at event areas.

The company is also distributing orange bags containing five items: face masks, earplugs, wet tissues, nasal inhalers and sweets. The items are intended to support hygiene, help reduce exposure to loud firecrackers and provide convenience during the processions.

In collaboration with Fix It Center at Phuket Technical College, Thanachart Insurance is offering free inspections covering 20 vehicle items, along with free brake-fluid and clutch-fluid top-ups. The service is intended to help customers check their vehicles before travelling.

Customers can also access partner benefits, including a free 24-point vehicle check from TirePlus covering areas such as brakes, tyres and suspension, as well as privileges for car-rental services from Chic Car Rent. The company said these benefits can be claimed through its Thanachart Insurance LINE Official Account.
