Tri Vananda Phuket sets food and wellness events for 2026-27 high season

Tri Vananda Phuket will launch a programme of food, wellness, nature and community events during the 2026-27 high season, beginning with The Farm Festival on 1 November and followed by 10 free Local Roots Market events through 10 April 2027.

The programme is intended to encourage residents, families and visitors to spend time at the wellness community while promoting Phuket as a quality tourism destination, according to its organiser, Montara Hospitality Group.

Farm festival marks PRU anniversary

The Farm Festival will take place from 11.30am to 5.30pm on 1 November at PRU JAMPA Farm. It will mark the 10th anniversary of PRU, which the announcement describes as Phuket’s only restaurant with both a one-star Michelin rating and a Michelin Green Star.

The festival is the main event of PRU X FRIENDS: The Gathering, a celebration running from 27 October to 1 November. The programme brings together up to 12 chefs and restaurant participants from Bangkok, Bali, Manila, Phuket and Phang Nga to create special dishes.

Activities at the farm will include open-fire cooking, tours of the organic farm, discussions with farmers and producers who have supplied PRU over the past decade, live music and activities for different age groups. Participants will also be able to join a private Forest Tour of Tri Vananda’s woodland area.

Adult tickets cost B4,990++, while tickets for children aged 0-12 cost B500++. Attendance is limited to 100 tickets, and all participants will receive an anniversary goodie bag.

Kittisak Pattamasavee, chairman of Montara Hospitality Group, said the festival was designed to show how good food is created through the work of farmers, producers and chefs, while helping visitors learn about Phuket through its food, nature and communities.

Free market events through April

After the festival, Tri Vananda will host Local Roots Market events from 28 November 2026 to 10 April 2027. The 10 events will be free to attend and will not require registration.

Each market will have a different theme and activities covering food and farming, family experiences and wellness. The organiser said the events were intended to create a community space connected with nature and suitable for residents and visitors with different interests.

Phuket will also host the 20th Global Wellness Summit from 10-13 November 2026. Tri Vananda will take part in a panel discussion and host a gala dinner for delegates.

The Global Wellness Institute said Thailand’s wellness market was worth US$42.7 billion in 2024, an increase of 10.1% from the previous year.

Tri Vananda also said Clinique La Prairie Phuket is scheduled to open in November 2026. It will be the Swiss clinic’s first health resort in Southeast Asia and will offer preventive healthcare and longevity programmes based on its Swiss approach.
