CG Capital, a Central Group company, plans to launch two premium residence projects in Bangkok and Phuket in 2027 and aims to grow its property and hotel portfolio to B20 billion, according to an update published on 30 October 2026.

The company has recently launched Purita Phuket Bang Tao, a premium residence project with prices starting at B7.29 million. CG Capital is targeting affluent buyers and longer-term residential demand in Phuket, which it describes as a strategic market.

Central Group has invested in Phuket for about 50 to 60 years and now has about 140 assets in the province, including 16 retail projects, seven hotels, three residential projects and more than 120 shops, the company said.

CG Capital also cited strong sales of luxury brands including Dior and Louis Vuitton in Phuket compared with Bangkok as an indicator of purchasing power among high-end consumers. It said the performance supported its assessment of Phuket’s premium property market.
