HomePro x MegaHome opens B620m hybrid store in Phuket’s Thalang
The new Phuket Anusawari store covers 11,585 square metres and targets monthly sales of more than B60 million.
HomePro x MegaHome has opened a hybrid home-improvement store in Phuket’s Thalang district following an investment of B620 million, with the company targeting monthly sales of more than B60 million.
The Phuket (Anusawari) branch opened on 30 October 2026 on Thep Krasattri Road, near the Thao Thep Krasattri and Thao Si Sunthon Monument. It has 11,585 square metres of service area and parking for 36 vehicles.
Veeraphan Angsumalee, managing director of Home Product Center Plc, said the store was intended to serve demand from residential developments, hotels, resorts and villas in northern Phuket. The company said property projects in Thalang have continued to expand, while hotels and villas regularly require refurbishment and maintenance before and during the tourist season.
HomePro assessed the area within a 7-kilometre radius of the store as having a growth rate of 4.12%, with more than 150,000 households, over 50 housing projects and more than 11,000 housing units. The area includes premium homes in Ko Kaeo as well as housing estates and locally built homes in Pa Khlok, the company said.
The hybrid format combines MegaHome’s construction and trade-focused products, including structural materials, doors and windows, paint, plumbing and electrical systems and tools, with HomePro’s household goods and services. The HomePro section includes electrical appliances, bathroom fixtures, tiles, furniture, home décor and repair and installation services.
Opening promotions are running from 30 October to 8 November. They include discounted cement for technician members, coupons and discounts for qualifying purchases, and a promotion offering an iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB for purchases of B1 million, subject to the company’s conditions and allocation. A trade-in programme offers discounts of up to B10,000, while free electrical-appliance repairs are available from 30 October to 1 November under stated conditions.
