Phuket authorities inspected the Chabad House in Patong on 26 July, examining its licences, fundraising activities, religious use and land ownership structure.
The inspection was led by Phuket Vice Governor Khettarat Chansilp. Authorities said the operation was intended to check compliance with Thai law without infringing on religious freedom.
