Plus Property targets 65 Phuket projects under three-year expansion plan
The Sansiri subsidiary plans to expand its Phuket property management portfolio from 30 to 65 projects and raise revenue to B150 million within three years.
Plus Property, a subsidiary of Sansiri, has announced a three-year plan to expand its property management business in Phuket, targeting 65 managed residential projects by 2029, the company said on 3 September 2026.
The company currently manages 30 projects with more than 10,000 units and a combined area of over 725,000 square metres. Its existing coverage includes Mai Khao, Pa Klok, the airport area, Cherngtalay, Koh Kaew, Kathu, Patong and Phuket Town.
Under the roadmap for 2027-2029, Plus Property plans to enter Saku, Surin, Nai Yang, Rawai, Kata and Karon. It will focus on condominiums and pool villas, serving Thai and international buyers, second-home owners and property investors.
Plus Property is targeting an increase in revenue from B95 million in 2026 to B150 million within three years, equivalent to average annual growth of about 16.5%.
Somsakul Limsutthaphan, the company’s deputy managing director for business development and asset management in the South, said Phuket’s growth extends beyond tourism into investment, services, medical-hub development and international education. These trends, she said, were increasing demand for long-term accommodation, second homes and investment properties, particularly among foreign buyers.
The company said it would apply its “Local Touch with Global Standard” approach, combining local market knowledge with international property management and hospitality practices. Plus Property said it had more than 30 years of property management experience overall and more than 18 years of experience managing projects in Phuket.
It also plans to tailor service models to each project based on location, property type and resident behaviour. The company said its PLUS EDUPLEX training institute would prepare staff for premium service standards, while LIV-24 security technology and Plus Concierge services would support owners who are not living at their properties full time.
