Officers said a review of CCTV footage and witness statements found no evidence of foul play, but the motive for the incident remains unclear.
CCTV Footage and Scene Evidence
Investigators reported that CCTV recordings showed the man walking alone onto the eighth-floor balcony before the fall. While the actual jump was not captured, cameras recorded the body falling from two angles.
Police found no signs of a struggle, forced entry, or the presence of alcohol or drugs at the scene. Only the deceased and a 37-year-old Ukrainian woman were present in the room, investigators confirmed.
