White Ford pickup seen driving on Phuket’s Bang Tao Beach

A video reportedly shows a white Ford four-door pickup driving along Bang Tao Beach in Choeng Thale, Thalang district, Phuket, on the afternoon of 30 October 2026.

Daily News reported that the footage was posted on the personal Instagram account of a foreign tourist. It appears to show the pickup driving back and forth along the beach, an area used by residents and tourists for walking, relaxing and seaside activities.

Residents expressed concern that vehicles driving on the beach could hit children, older people or other visitors. They called on police and the relevant agencies to examine the footage, identify the driver and determine whether any law had been broken.

Authorities must verify the circumstances shown in the video before any further action is taken.
