Sansiri plans new Phuket condo projects near Patong, Rawai and Nai Yang beaches
Sansiri says it is preparing new condominium developments near three Phuket beach areas, including a return to Patong after 12 years and two sites in Nai Yang.
Sansiri is preparing a series of new condominium developments near Patong, Rawai and Nai Yang beaches in Phuket, with projects expected to be unveiled from late 2026 onwards, the developer said.
The plans mark an expansion beyond the city-centre condominium market into locations close to beaches and are being promoted under the concept “Living Well, by the Sea”. Sansiri said the developments are intended to appeal to Thai and international buyers, including expatriates, digital nomads and investors seeking holiday or long-term residences.
The first locations include Patong, where Sansiri said it will return to the condominium market after 12 years. The project is planned for the centre of the popular beach area.
In Rawai, the company is preparing a beachfront condominium project offering panoramic views of the Andaman Sea, according to the announcement. It also plans two new locations in Nai Yang, near Nai Yang Beach and Sirinat National Park, with access to Phuket International Airport.
Sansiri said the new condominium series will feature beach-proximate locations, holiday-style living environments and shared facilities tailored to the lifestyles of each area. Further details are expected to be released from late 2026.
